ZONERY & REFLEXOLOGY
“Whysong Method™” of Reflexology

Our roots are important, and I would like to honor from whom this information was first derived. Dr. William Fitzgerald M.D. whom is considered to be the “Father of Zone Therapy.” I do not claim that these ideas originate with me. Indeed, some of them go way back to the beginning of “zonery,” or “reflexology.” I call this method The Whysong Method.™ This book takes into account my background as a therapist, along with my accumulated knowledge of reflexology, zonery, meridians, elements, polarity, kinesiology, energy, and the body as a whole. Included are the Whysong Reflex Arch, Body Rock, plus new zone information.

Reflexology  is a complementary, integrative health science.  Dr. Fitzgerald calls this nature's push button for vibrant health.   Not
understanding the value of reflexology some people call it a "footrub".  Reflexology is a powerful tool using the nervous system for
communication from the brain to the nerves for response.  Pressure is applied to the feet, and could include hands or body points, which
stimulates all the glands, organs, and systems of the body, thus  persuading the body to biologically correct, strengthen and reinforce
itself.

This book gives you the basics of reflexology, plus an in depth study  of the Whysong Method and how to apply reflexology all over
the body.  The ‘Whysong Method’ is about theories.  More maps, which mean more idetailed nformation.  New theories using the Whysong Method, the zone rock, reflex linking or reflex arch techniques.  How to read and use the body information and apply a technique to help open that information for the body to utilize the energy healing force.  plus zone knowledge with a new twist not included in other reflexology books.

The worst handicap in my education of reflexology was the anatomy and pathology part of it.  Hopefully this book with pictures, etc. will
heal that handicap in our education system.  Anatomy the way a reflexology should know it, more in depth and placed on the reflex
points.

Powerful information at your finger tips.  You can use this book by itself or call to join a class on DVD home study to get a visual of the
protocols.  Welcome - Thank you for joining in the adventures that Reflexology has to offer.

BOOK REVIEW

(1.)  Review of  Zonery & Reflexology The Whysong Method

By Nancy Beauchamp, BSN, Certified Reflexologist

Master Helen Whysong has education, experience and observations which she has combined to give the reader techniques to help clients with health problems.  Her book contains many pictures and diagrams which she uses to help the reader visualize what she is teaching.

This book provides advanced techniques but is good for the beginning practitioner as well as the advanced reflexologist.  It gives great background information to make observations and conclusions about the areas being worked on and what outcome may be expected by working specific areas in a particular manner.

Anyone using this book or being treated by Mater Whysong will benefit from her experience and blessed by her strong belief in Reflexology.

(2.) Review by Anthony Larkins, MDRRI -  Principal of the European Institute of Classical Reflexology
